INTRODUCTION TO BOXING BOOTCAMP
This intro class is required before joining the BOXING BOOTCAMP! It is a class to learn how to take the BOXING BOOTCAMP! You will learn your stance, punches and different stations that will be used in the bootcamp. After taking this class, you will be on your way and ready for the action packed, intense and fun BOXING BOOTCAMP the F.I.R.I.C.A.N.O way!
Although this is a non-contact boxing bootcamp, I’d like to start off by saying “ this is not a cardio boxing class!” Through the techniques of a boxer, you will be given a highly intense, fat burning full body workout in an hour-long class! You will learn and utilize the strength and conditioning behind the best conditioned athletes in the world. Classes are instructor led and peer driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress. We combine technique, bag work, focus mitts, jump rope and footwork drills with bodyweight and plyometric exercises to keep the class intense, fun and highly effective!

ADULT BOXING TECHNIQUE CLASS
This is and old school boxing workout, where we focus on the technique of the "sweet science". Burn calories and tighten up those muscles while learning to hit the heavy, speed and double end bags the proper way as well as partner drills to ensure the defensive side of boxing. A great workout as well as self defense really provides a new skill to add to your life!
The Firicano Boxing and Fitness Center Kids Program combines boxing and sports conditioning training into a fun, safe, action packed 1 hour long class. You can expect your kids to gain confidence, be more focused, develop coordination, and build winning skills for life. The Program is designed for ages 8 – 17.

ROPE N' AB CLASS
This Class is the first of its kind! It is a 40 minute Cardio and Ab blast. Using the jump rope and your core you will build overall strength and endurance while losing weight and tightening that mid section.
Space is limited in this class to 8 slots per session and the cost is $8 for members & $12 for non members.
