THE F.I.R.I.C.A.N.O. METHOD
THE F.I.R.I.C.A.N.O METHOD (Fitness In Rhythm, Intense Conditioning And Nutrition Options) is an intense strength and conditioning program through a rigorous boxing workout. It’s designed to go against the traditional practices of the common gym. You burn fat and build lean muscle mass by learning and utilizing the art of power, speed, endurance, reaction, flexibility and balance. The workouts are randomized and are never done exactly the same. It includes any and all combinations of boxing, weight training, plyometrics, sprints and power lifts. With this program, you’re never comfortable and never leaving the gym feeling like you have conquered the workout. It always keeps the body guessing. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or someone just looking to shed a few pounds, the program is the same. The only difference is that the load and intensity of the workout is adjusted to meet the individual’s needs and fitness level.
